Best service I have ever had with a carpet…..

Wes was the most honest and reliable person I have ever met when it comes to doing carpet cleaning. We spoke on the phone and he was very detailed with the service and what it provided. He gave an estimate and stuck to it! He arrived a little early which was great and did a check of the carpets and explained exactly what would happen with the carpets. He is VERY professional and a people person! My old carpet looks AWESOME and I could not be happier! His rates were good and no bait and switch at all…his price included the spot treatment, the steam cleaning with an awesome machine, then a neutralizer and raking of the carpet…no hidden charges and the best carpet cleaning my house has ever seen…I will be calling him again!! Thank you Wes for an EXCELLENT job!!

Customer Service….

As an HR professional who constantly coaches management and employees on customer service, I am always a little doubtful when using a “new” service I called -company coming 2 days away – panic -Here ir was Thursday evening – Company coming Saturday – Wesley Burke - Answers his own phone – and he calls you back when he says he will. He was on time (early actually) and did a fabulous job on the carpet and the cost was more than reasonable – If there were a ten (10) star rating available -1 would check it. As an added compliment – when was the last time you got a signed thank you for your business note? He appreciates us! – But not nearly as much as we appreciated his service. Without a doubt we will use him again, and asked him to call us once a quarter to check about a return visit. I have no doubt that he will do this also.

Burke Carpet Cleaning Service….

I called Burke Carpet Cleaning Service to clean carpets that had just been cleaned by a nationally well-known carpet cleaning company. They got out all the spots and ground in dirt in the high traffic areas that the other company did not remove. The carpets looked “like new” when they finished. I was blown away. As a realtor, i will gladly refer them to both buyers and sellers and anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond for excellence.

Carpet is like new!

Wes is amazing! I scheduled an appointment and he showed up 10 minutes EARLY! WOW! He came in our home, walked the project, explained the process and then got started. Every step of the process was extremely professional. He and his assistant were dressed in uniform, my furniture was carefully moved on sliders, door mats were placed on the front porch to wipe their feet as they traveled in and out, a door stop was used to protect my front door – the list goes on and on! I will never use another carpet cleaning service. Bravo Wes!

New Technology Means Cleaner Carpets!!!

Goodbye, old style steamers and Hello ROTOVAC 360!!! This new machine cleaned my horribly stained and abused carpet. The stains have NOT come back and the carpets are soft and presentable for the first time in over a year! Wes is wonderful, trustworthy, and is in the business to grow it with repeat customers! He was very honest and the cost was so reasonable considering the shape my carpet was in before he cleaned it! I highly recommend Burke Carpet Cleaning Service for everyone.
